Craig LeGrande
CEO and Founder
About Craig
Craig is the founder and CEO of Mainstay, starting the company over 20 years ago to help high technology companies succeed by quantifying and communicating the business value of their solutions. Craig recently authored the best-selling book Competing for Customers with Jeb Dasteel, Chief Customer Officer of Oracle, and Amir Hartman, co-founder of Mainstay. Craig and Amir previously co-authored Ruthless Execution II, which explores how agile businesses thrive in the digital economy.
Prior to Mainstay, Craig worked at Cisco Systems, leading its sales consulting practice for the automotive industry, and spent nearly a decade at Accenture in management consulting and software development roles. Craig earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Management at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. Craig is an amateur golfer and triathlete with no plans to go professional.
Dan Corcoran

About Dan
Dan has nearly two decades of experience helping enterprise sales and marketing organizations successfully quantify and communicate value at scale. As Chief Technology Officer, Dan oversees Mainstay’s Advisor Platform, an enterprise cloud software solution he helped create. Today, Advisor empowers tens of thousands of B2B buyers and sellers to articulate and understand the business value of technology solutions.
In addition to managing the future of the Advisor platform, Dan leads a team of consultants that help Mainstay clients build value justification tools, assessments and other digital assets in Advisor. Over the course of hundreds of such engagements, Dan has developed tools and methodologies enabling clients to concisely articulate the value proposition of their solutions. As CISO, Dan oversees Mainstay’s information security and compliance efforts.
Doug Arthur

About Doug
Doug is an expert in human behavior and technology adoption with over 25 years of business experience. Doug leads the Adoption team for Mainstay which focuses on changing people’s behavior to quickly embed new technology in to daily workflows. Prior to joining Mainstay he led the Cisco Adoption Services team at Cisco System since 2014 and was one of the founders of Adoption Services at Cisco in 2011. Doug has made the integration of people, process and technology his focus throughout his career at technology, manufacturing and professional services companies. Currently, he resides outside of Portland, Oregon.

Ed Marsh

About Ed
Ed serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Mainstay and is responsible for driving sales growth and fostering new customer relationships. Bringing over 15 years of enterprise sales leadership experience, Ed’s number one focus is on being a trusted advisor to our customers and connecting IT to the business. He is excited to continue Mainstay’s legacy of delivering custom solutions that are created with communicating business value in mind.
Prior to joining Mainstay, Ed was on the Western US Sales Leadership team at Cisco. His expertise has spanned Enterprise Sales, Business Case creation, Partner Development, Value Realization, & Collaboration technology. He holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Arizona and spent 10 years in the US Air Force as a pilot prior to his Technology career. Ed lives in Phoenix and is an avid outdoorsman.
Marc Daigle
VP, Marketing Services
About Marc
Marc leads the marketing practice at Mainstay. He is a senior marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in helping B2B brands grow through targeted and creative marketing strategies. His expertise in branding and creative services combined with depth in digital and social marketing has helped his teams deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, communicate business value, and consistently grow revenue.
Prior to Mainstay, Marc led digital and brand marketing for Texas Capital Bank, a publicly-traded commercial bank. There, he drove agency relationships and built an internal team that supported double digit annual growth during his tenure. Marc also led marketing for Keste, an Oracle and Salesforce partner. He helped launch Authentix, an advanced tech firm serving the Fortune 500 Pharma and Energy sectors. Early in his career, he served as a creative director in advertising agencies and national magazines, and has also helped brand and position a number of high-tech startups. Marc is a life long guitarist who has played in bands since college and continues to play out in the Dallas area.
