A big thank-you to Tom Pisello and the Genius Drive team for creating this first-ever “Woodstock”-like event for business value. This gathering feels overdue: a moment for the value community to come together, take stock of how far the practice has come, and celebrate our impact.
After two decades in the field and the privilege of working with many of the world’s leading technology companies nearly one million business cases, billions in influenced revenue, thousands of sellers touched, we at Mainstay are still energized by what comes next.
Indeed, we are looking forward to reconnecting with our old friends, meeting new ones, and having the kinds of conversations that move our profession forward. Here are a few questions already on our minds (and perhaps on yours too):
What does it really take to scale value across an organization?
Is an ROI or TCO tool enough? Or does scale come from the right mix of tools, content, services, enablement, and adoption?
