Engaging Design for Show

Every January, NRF’s Big Show draws thousands of global brands and vendors, giving retailers a firsthand look at the latest innovations and insights from industry leaders. AWS hosts a booth at the event, where its retail experts share success stories and showcase AWS and Amazon technologies through live demonstrations.

To enhance its presence and support these demos, AWS partnered with Mainstay to develop dynamic, creative content. With AWS returning to NRF for the first time since 2020, the content needed to go beyond eye-catching visuals—it had to make a lasting impact and embody AWS’s spirit of innovation.

“We began with a detailed consultation to understand AWS’s goals, audience, and project context,” says Mainstay Creative Director Roberto Fernandez. “The client wanted more dynamic, interactive content for the booth, so we designed tablet-based decks and attendee guides focused on the user experience, improving engagement and accessibility.” This user-centric approach also extended to printed materials and giveaways, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence throughout the booth.
